The first folios of the Codex Boturini take place in a semi-mythical, foggy time of the ancestors. Beginning with Tula, Hidalgo, the capital of the Toltec Civilization (900-1150 A.D.), the places and times described in the Codex become more clear. This map illustrates the Aztec-Mexica’s journey after 1168 A.D.
This map is in progress. The future version will build the journey over time in addition to the cities.
